Riordan should have let Reyna and Annabeth be girly. Both are maternal figures for their respective camps. Annabeth backstory of getting constantly underestimated would have make more sense if sexist men loook down on her being feminine. Annabeth can weave and Reyna literally have make up and hair experience at Circle’s Island. Just imagine Reyna as this femine woc ace lesbian, she could have been like Santana from glee. Piper, Clarisse, Rachel and Thalia are already tomboys. It’s bad enough that daughters of Aphordite are the only feminine girls of campa and get treated like shit for it. It will humbled piper knowing the two best warriors are not afraid of their feminity.
